We are here for you!

We all like to have fun. We like to hang out with friends chat up a recent story or just share in the moment. Why not do it on a bike?

Tailwind Cyclists is a family friendly environment to grow your love of cycling. From bike maintenance and new bike sales. We work hard to fit you with the bike that best suits your needs.

We also stock helmets, tubes, tires, bike racks and more for any adventure you may be working towards.

Spring Tuneup

What Really Matters

About Us

Bike Ride A Wish Come True

Jaxson Scott’s bucket list items were pretty simple, really: See a mountain. Meet Spider-Man. Float in a boat. Ride a bike....

Scouts Honored for Cycling

Area Boy Scout troops may not have realized they were inspiring their community as they worked on their Cycling merit badge throughout the summer and fall of 2013....

Friends, Health, Fun!

Tailwind Cyclists Inc, is owned by Roger and Rebecca Lomshek. Both are former Kansas State Mountain Bike Champions in addition to Roger  racing succesfully all over the country as a Cat. 2 for 8 years.  Roger was also the mechanic & crew chief of 2 time Race Across America winner Danny Chew.

The same passion for excellence and attention to detail that drove them to success is in every bike we build! All our bicycles are completely overhauled when we assemble them to ensure 100% performance. No other bicycle shop can make that claim because no other shop takes that much care with your new bicycle.

Whether you need a bike for your 2 year old, an around town comfort bike or a full on racing machine, we will not rest until you have the right bike. We'll custom size it at our fit station and we stand behind it with the best customer services, period.
