Road rides leave from the shop on Sunday's at 1:00 pm and Wednesday's at 6:30 pm.(Wed. night distances are a little shorter than the Sunday rides). Plan on a long day in the saddle as we usually cover 30-50 miles. These rides are not races, they are fast training rides to help prepare for long road races.
