Tuesday 6:30PM at the shop
Family ride 7-10 MPH
We ride around town on back streets for about one hour. Kids as young as five ride their own bikes if they are off training wheels. We stop for water breaks every 10-15 minutes.

Pokey ride 12-15 MPH
Riders on mountain, hybrid and comfort bikes head out for about one and a half hours at a leisurely pace. If you think you're fast, ride with somebody else; we want to enjoy the sights.

Road ride 17-22 MPH
Road bikes rule 'cause we can cover more ground! The racers are taking it easy so don't look to race today, just a nice social ride; leave your race tactics at home and enjoy the company!

Hammer ride 20-35 MPH
Come on out if you feel the need for speed. We don't keep the pace high all the time, but you better be comfortable riding a paceline and ready to hit speeds over 30 when the hammer drops!

Saturday 9:00AM
Ladies ride 10-12 MPH
Casual riding that lasts about a hour. We get out and enjoy the country roads of Crawford county. Check out the web page for more information.

Sunday 1:00PM at the shop
Road ride 20+MPH
Plan on a long day in the saddle as we usually cover 30-50 miles. These rides are not races, they are fast training rides to help prepare for long road races. Call the shop on Saturday as rides are intermittent during the season and depend on our race schedule.
