Our bike rides last about an hour. In that hour we will travel about 10-12 miles. There are some items you need to bring for safety.

1. Helmet-this is a non-negotiable item (we do have loaners if you do not have one).
2. Water bottle.
3. Comfortable clothes and shoes.
4. Flat fixing gear-if you ride regularly, this is very helpful, but if you do not own some there will probably be someone on the ride who does.

Sunblock is a plus.
